Vegan muffins

50g > Olive oil
150g > Sugar
250g > Rice milk
190g > Weak flour
60g > 5 grain flour
20g > Baking powder
2g > Salt
1 vanilla pod
85g > Dried fruits of the forest berries
Whisk together the oil and sugar, gradually add the rice milk and stir. Put all the dry ingredients, including the berries, in a bowl and add to the mixture, bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
